【剧情】返回芝加哥的火车上，莎拉情绪失控。她把自己锁在化妆室里，前来关照的迈克触动她最后一道防线，两人终于含蓄表白。
Sara: I've been sitting here evaluating. I。..ah。..I jumped bail, I'm on the run and I just tried to take a man's life. I'm not using, which is actually quite an accomplishment. But three weeks ago I was a doctor.
Michael: You can get that back, all of it. You need to believe that.
Sara: You believe that? You think you can get it all back?
Michael: (approaches her and sits down next to her) I choose to have faith. Cause without that I've got nothing. It's the only thing that's keeping me going.
Sara: Well, I've got two things keeping me going. First is that I want the people who took my dad. And actually the second ironically I probably wouldn't even say if I hadn't lost him, but you should know that。..uh。.. (she pauses having a hard time finding the right words) 。..the first thing they tell you when you get the job is um。.. (pauses and clears throat nervously) never to fall in love with an inmate。.. (She turns to look at him and he kisses her)……
Michael: Oh, Sara。. (Pauses a moment) About before。.. Ermm, me too.
Sara: Yeah.
(Sara walks away, smiling)

Michael: C'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, c'mon (steers Sara towards a wall and both crouch down)
Sara: Michael, I took a man's life!
Michael: Don't think about that now. You and I have a date remember? Two limes, a couple of beers, don't forget that. Give me the gun.
Sara: I took a man's life!
Michael: We're gonna walk out of here together. And we'll tell them exactly what happened. (Sara covers her face and begins to sob) Look at me, look at me, look at me, look at me (turns Sara's face so she's looking at him)。 Now, we're going to tell them what happened.
Sara: Okay.
Michael: We're going to explain everything. And I'm going to do whatever I can to help you, okay?
Sara: Yeah.
(Michael strokes the side of her face reassuringly)
Michael: Now give me the gun.
Sara: Here. (hands the gun to Michael, who pockets it.)
(Sara embraces Michael)
Sara (whispering in Michael's ear)： I love you.
Michael: I love you too, Sara.
(Sara kisses Michael)
